La Villa Furggrat is situated in an excellent position between the church square in the village centre and the Matterhorn Express lift. This area of the village is called Oberdorf. It is very picturesque with many old chalets, cosy restaurants and convenient local stores. With the village centre just round the corner this is a very convenient apartment.
The loft-style apartment is a real treat. With lots of exposed beams and rafters it has a light and airy feel during the day and is cosy and homely at night.
The living room is lovely, made very welcoming with a wood burning fire for the winter and a south facing balcony for the summer - its a great property all year round. From 1st December - 30th April bookings run from Sunday to Sunday.
For cancellations up to 90 days before the arrival date your card will be charged Fr.300.
For cancellations up to 60 days before the arrival date your card will be charged 50% of the outstanding balance.
Bookings cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date or for no-shows the balance will become due.
For this apartment guests will be asked to provide credit card details as a damage security deposit.
