This unique house is simply wonderful. A traditional rustic house, it has been modernised to combine old style charm with modern convenience. The house is also in an amazing location just minutes from the main beaches and a 5 minute stroll into the heart of the old town.

The house is extremely spacious and bright with a gorgeous garden and terrace to enjoy al fresco dinning and relaxation. There is a barbecue, huge dinning table and chairs with a large canopy to provide a little shade. The garden is very mature with some exquisite palms and olive trees.

Inside the house exudes character. The living area is composed of an anti-room ideal for a spot of reading or catching up on emails (Wi Fi provided). Then the living room has a large and very comfortable sofa, huge plasma TV with international channels, DVD, card table, and lamps. The dining area has a beautiful glass table with up-scale leather chairs.

From the dining area there is the kitchen. Very spacious and well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and lots of pots, pans, and tableware. The kitchen is perfect for preparing a feast for eating either at the elegant dining table or out on the sunny terrace.

Upstairs there are 5 double bedrooms. The main bedroom is beautiful. Comprised of a very spacious bedroom with large double bed, lots of wardrobes, a fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is access on to a sunny terrace overlooking the garden. This bedroom also has a large en-suite bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes with access to the terrace. The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds. The fifth bedroom is one floor up and has a double bed and wardrobes. All bedrooms are bright and full of natural light. They all have fans.

In additional to the en-suite there are a further 2 bathrooms - one with a full bath and overhead shower, the other with a smart shower and hand basin. With a WC downstairs there is therefore a total of 4 WCs in the house.
