This first floor apartment is fantastically located in the Oasis area of central Sitges. It is just a few minutes walk into the centre of the old town, and another couple of minutes to the beaches. The apartment has just been refurbished throughout with a smart new kitchen and gleaming new bathrooms. It has a large terrace to enjoy al fresco dining and is a great choice for families and larger groups.

The apartment has been decorated and furnished in a eclectic and quite funky style. The lounge has three very comfortable sofas (one is a double sofa bed), an armchair and loads of cushions to really relax in. There is also an American style dinning table and chairs for four. There is a large wall mounted flat screen TFT television, DVD player and UK satellite with freeview channels. With plenty of lamps, books and CDs, this is a very homely apartment.

The balcony is accessed from the living room and has two tables and seating for 8. The smart new kitchen is very well equipped with a full oven, four ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, water cooler, ice maker, deep fat fryer and food mixer. There are plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery making self catering very easy. Off the kitchen is a small laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen also has a built-in breakfast bar with seating for 4.

The main bedroom has a king size double bed which, upon request, can be prepared as two singles, to give a twin bedded room. There is ample wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, table lamps. There is a 15 inch TV/DVD with UK satellite free view, and a Hi Fi. The en suite bathroom has a bath, shower over , WC, bidet and wash hand basin. The bedroom has access to the balcony.

The second bedroom has a standard double bed ( 4' 6"), bedside tables, lamps and its own CD player. There is also a free standing wardrobe unit. The third bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables, lamps and its own CD player. It also has a medium sized wardrobe.There is a second bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin.

Wifi ADSL broadband internet access is provided free of charge. Remote control air conditioning units in each bedroom and the living room and full central heating ensure comfort throughout the year.

This is a great apartment for larger groups requiring comfort, location and value for money.

Like many apartments in Sitges the building is not far from the railway so you may hear the trains whilst in the apartment. The apartment is however fully double glazed and fitted with shutters for night time.
