Close to everything and in a very pleasant typically Spanish gated and portered development. This four bedroom, two bath/shower room apartment offers convenience and comfort and is ideal for a family group.
Two double bedrooms both with air-conditioning and two single bedrooms. A comfortable lounge and dining room that is again air-conditioned and which opens onto a good size balcony that looks over the large and well cared for communal garden and pool area. (No life-guard)

Very easy living and very easy to get to everything from this location.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
