A refurbished apartment that has been well decorated and furnished which offers good value accommodation for up to four people.
The apartment is on the first floor with an easy walk-up with a terrace spanning the front of the lounge and double bedroom. The double bedroom has air conditioning and the twin room has a fan, as it is on the inside of the building and the room is naturally cooler
Only 4 minutes from the beaches and the nightlife of Sitges town centre.
The lounge diner is a comfortable relaxing space with an integral American style, well equipped kitchen including a microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and hob, and everything you would want for a holiday stay.
Large double shower with a saucer shower head to give a good soaking!
The apartment is comfortable and represents excellent value. The one potential downpoint is proximity to a main(ish) road but there is good double glazing. The apartment is well presented and decorated.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For Low Season dates there is a minimum 7 night booking requirement.
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
