A tastefully refurbished duplex apartment convenient for all the activities that the town can offer but situated on Calle Isla de Cuba a quiet street, close to the center of Sitges and beaches.
The first floor comprises of a large living dining area, open plan to the kitchen which has all the utilities that you would want. double doors open out to the terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. Also on this floor is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a large shower room with modern power shower.
The second floor has a large twin bedroom with terrace for you to sit and enjoy a morning coffee , a single bedroom and a second large shower room.
Cool and airy apartment with double glazing to ensure a quiet night of sleep.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
