Seconds from the beach this recently refurbished apartment offers a cool calm escape from the beach with a balcony running along the full length of the apartment overlooking the leafy gardens.
Just off the beach and the restaurants the apartment offers a quiet and calm hide away with spacious rooms and all the facilities you will need to be comfortable.
The apartment is on the second floor (no lift) but is at the back of the building so very quiet with a long balcony running the full length of the apartment so accessed from all the rooms, with views to the tranquil and leafy gardens. There are 3 good sized bedrooms and a spacious living area. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated in all the bedrooms and living area and has two shower rooms.
The living area has large French doors, opening out on to the long balcony. There is a large dark leather sofa and matching 6 dining chairs round a glass topped dining room table. There is a good sized glass coffee table with TV, and satellite channels (Terrestrial UK channels included).
The kitchen is open to the living area and is separated off from a granite topped breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen has all white units and has a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker with all the required crockery and cutlery. This leads on to a separate utility area where there is a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
The first bedroom is spacious with 2 single beds that can be put together as a double with plenty of buiilt in wardrobes and a separate pine chest of drawers. There are bedside cabinets and reading lights by the side of the bed. French doors lead out to the balcony where there are 2 further chairs to relax on. There is an ensuite shower room with shower, w.c., sink and bidet.
The second bedroom has a double bed, chair, built in wardrobes with long mirror and again access to the balcony.
The third bedroom is again of a good size with a double bed, bedside cabinets and reading lights and lots of built in wardrobes. There is a large mirror and the French doors open out onto the balcony where there are to chairs.
There is a second bath room that can be used communally or as an ensuite for the third bedroom. This has a bath with shower, sink, w.c. and bidet.
A calm and spacious apartment providing everything you need to relax after a day at the beach but then close enough for the restaurants and bars later on.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 4 night booking requirement.
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Arrivals after 8.30pm to 9.30pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros.
Arrivals after 9.30pm to midnight will be charged a late check-in fee of 40 euros.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
No arrivals on Sundays can be accommodated.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
