The lounge / dining area has 2 sofas and an armchair around coffee table, facing the TV and hi-fi, with lamps around for mood lighting. The TV has Sky freeview satellite and a DVD player. Behind the sofas is the dining area with comfortable seating for 6, with a large dresser behind. This area is framed by 2 sets of patio doors opening onto the first terrace, which also has outdoor furniture for Al Fresco dining. From the terrace to you see over the roof tops of Sitges to the sea.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas hob, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave. Perfect for catering at home or preparing a pic-nic for the beach.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned and located at the back of the apartment, offering a quieter aspect for a good night's sleep. The main bedroom has a large, double bed with lots of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has twin beds and again, lots of wardrobe space.

There is a bathroom with a full size bath and shower.

A spiral wooden interior staircase leads up to the top floor which has a comfortable master bedroom and the added advantage of its own en-suite bathroom. From here you can step out onto an even larger terrace with sun loungers, and even more spectacular views.

This apartment has a great capacity for comfortable living for larger groups, and is in the best of locations.

Please note that this apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift.

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
  
  
• Arrivals after 8.30pm to 9.30pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros.
  
  
• Arrivals after 9.30pm to midnight will be charged a late check-in fee of 40 euros.
  
  
• Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
  
  
• No arrivals on Sundays can be accommodated.
  
  
• For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
