A small apartment with a fantastic terrace right in the centre of the village.
The initial climb up 5 flights of stairs is amply rewarded by the delightefull and sizeable terrace and views. An all day suntrap here you can sunbathe, dine and relax making the most of the Spanish weather.
The lounge is small but comfortable with sofa, large TV with british satellite (basic package only), and dining table and chairs for 4, but is bright and sunny and leads onto the large terrace.
At the back there are 2 bedrooms, each with a small standing balcony. The first is spacious with a large double bed. The second has 2 singles.
Although a 3rd single can be seen in the photos this bed has been removed, providing more space. Each bed has bedside table and lamp.
The bathroom is small, with shower (no bath) and also houses the washing machine.
The kitchen, again, is small but fully equipped.
This apartment is great for having breakfast on the terrace, sunbathing in the afternoon, then watching the sunset with a glass of cava. With full A/C in the bedrooms and lounge you can stay cool in the hot hot summer.
Please note this apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
