Located in Calle San Benet on the ground floor of a newly constructed apartment building this apartment offers quality and spacious accommodation to suit families and groups of friends travelling together.
The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bath/shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds plus a further bath/shower and there is a further single bedroom.
The apartment has a comfortable living-room with two great sofas and a smart dining table and chairs for 5 guests. There is a small but well equipped kitchen and a good-size patio that provides outside Summer living and entertaining space.
The apartment has central heating, TV, washing machine, stereo system. It is quiet and well insulated. It is air-conditioned in the double and twin bedrooms.
Calle San Benet is very conveniently located for the centre of town and just a short stroll from the beaches in front of the Calipolis Hotel with their convenient snack-bar and restaurant overlooking the beach and among the most popular in Sitges.
A great apartment at an affordabel price for a family group or friends travelling together that want to be close to the centre of town but away from some of the noisier elements of the night-life of Sitges.
This apartment is close to the railway so you will hear noise from it.
Additional Booking Conditions:
On arrival you will be asked to sign a blank credit card slip that may be used after you leave in the unlikely event there are damages or extra cleaning required.
For High and Peak Season dates there is a minimum 5 night booking requirement.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the total balance will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Arrivals between 6.00pm and 9.00pm will be charged a late check-in fee of 25 euros. Between 9.00pm and midnight the charge will be 40 euros. Sunday check-ins will also attract a 25 euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 1.5% will be applied.
For this apartment we offer cot and high chair hire at 25 euros per item per booking.
