The apartment can accommodate 2 guests and provides air conditioning for the summer months. It has a wonderful open beamed ceiling and rustic tiled floor.

There is a queen size bed and sofa with a TV with satellite channels.

The kitchenette is fully fitted and the bathroom is white tiled with a shower, sink and w.c.

From the apartments you can walk to all the major monuments, museums, and theatres and wander round the Spanish Steps and walk through to the famous Trevi Fountain but you will still be surrounded by the famous Trattorie and plenty of bars and nightlife.

Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
