This spacious apartment is great for famillies or groupls as has plenty of beds and space to spread out and relax over three bedrooms.

The living area is characterized by the high ceilings and has TV with a dining table and chairs with a american style kitchen which is fully equipped and has a microwave, washing machine and kettle. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

There are 3 good sized double rooms the first bedroom with a double bed and the second and third rooms have two single beds in each room all with plenty of storage space in wardrobes. Each room also has a TV.

There are two white tiled bathrooms both with a shower, sink and w.c.

Wonderfully located in a quiet and tranquil area near a park but just a few minutes walk from the Coliseum and the Forum with great transport links to the rest of Rome.

Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

• For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
