The apartment has a spacious living room with three sofas - one of which is a double sofa bed. The living room has a TV with international channels, a DVD player, CD player and home cinema. There is a separate dinning room.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, stove/oven, microwave oven/grill, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are four bedrooms in total. One bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed, there are two twin rooms which can also be arranged as doubles and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds for 2 guests.
There are two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi bathtub and the other one with shower) both with bidet and WC.
The two terraces total 100 m² and are furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs, sun beds and Mediterranean plants (lemons, rosemary, chilli, myrtle, thyme, grapes etc.). They are a wonderful retreat form the buzzing streets of this incredible city.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers from or to Fiumicino or Ciampino airports. Upto 3 guests - 40 euros; upto 4 guests - 45 euros; upto 6 guests - 60 euros; 7-8 guests - 70 euros; more than 8 guests - 10 euros per person.
Extras include 10 euros for each additional waiting hour, night service between 12am to 6 am an additional 20%, national holidays an additional 50%.
