In the magnificent Santa Cecilia Basilique in Trastevere we have a lovely one bedroom apartment.

The apartment opens into an imposing hallway with a lovely scroll armed green sofa. The bright living room has a double sofa bed, occasional tables, TV and dining table and chairs. There are wonderful wooden floors throughout.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas hob, washing machine and a dining table and chairs. An iron and ironing board is also provided.

The comfortable double bedroom allows you to enjoy the view over the roman landscape. There are bedside tables and reading lamps.

The bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and w.c. is characterised by typical original flowered tiles.

Through a short pleasant promenade you can reach the magnificent Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. Piazza Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona are just a short walk away across the River Tevere.

Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• A deposit of EUR 200 will be requested upon arrival for each stay. The deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage is done to the apartments and their content.
• Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette. In case the kitchenette is not left clean and neat, guests will be charged EUR 50 for the cleaning.

• For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
