This newly restored classical apartment building is located in a charming neighbourhood in the heart of Prague, just minutes away from the Vltava River, The National Theatre and the Old Town Square.
The apartment is a duplex apartment located on the top floor and it tastefuly combines historic atmosphere with contemporary design features. The apartment benefits from original oak wooden parquet flooring and restored original wooden ceilings.
On the lower level of the apartment is the living room, kitchen and a separate W.C. On the upper level are the bedrooms and a bathroom .
The living room has a sofa bed and comfortable chair and it´s amenities include wireless Internet, satellite TV, DVD - home cinema. There is also a dining table and six chairs.
The kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay.
The bedrooms both have a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps and provide storage space for your personal items.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a hand basin and heated towel rail. Complimentary soaps and a hairdryer are also provided. the apartment also has a washing machine.
Please note that Stag and Hen parties are not allowed to stay at this apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
- For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- Cancellation Charges.
- Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
- Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.

"The booking process was easy and the feedback was good. Checking in was very simple, and the lady very helpful. Our greeter was very efficient and helpfull we were over six hours late arriving. as so had to contact the emergencey number. Spoke to Kevin who was bril and sorted out with the greeter our new arraival and offered us support while we waited for our flight. Very professional.
The apartment was supperb.And the location could not have been better. Close to everything. The only draw back was no air con as it was very hot during our stay and we could of sdone with it. The size of the apartment was good and the contents and provisions really of a good standard.The appartment was spotlessly clean and the towels and bedding were to a good standard and content.The discription on the website was accurate. The previous tennats had messed up with the
washing machine but it was easily remedied.Everything else was easy to use.The apartment was well appointed and the lift although tiny was good. I could not fault the accomodation in any way apart from the lack of air con. I would like to thank Kevin and Marketta for their support on our late arrival and the prompt way they looked after us. We were all very impressed with the loving prague company and will be recommending you to others. Places we ate at that were good-Narodni Kavarna-Eat the small portions as the large ones are far to big! Its just around the corner from the apartment and good to watch prague go by. Were ever you eat tends to be good."
