This glass building features one apartment per floor accessible by secured entrance and lift. This apartment has central heating and air-conditioning, offers complimentary WiFi Internet and a weekly housekeeping service. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, a small single bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a spacious terrace on which to enjoy the views.
The living area has been furnished with modern style and comfort and has round bed, a dining table, a LCD TV, DVD and CD player plus high speed WiFi internet.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom is small and has a single bed and built in closets.

There is a 5 night minimum stay period for bookings across the New Year period.
For bookings across the Christmas and New Year periods a security deposit of CZK 10,000 (approx GBP 300) is required in cash. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
Cancellation Charges.
Should you cancel your booking your initial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
Thereafter you must give at least 30 days written notice to avoid further cancellation charges. If you do cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a further 20% of the balance.
