This comfortably furnished apartment is in a stunning location with views of Prague's famous Astronomical clock from the bedroom and the living room.
If it is the heart of Prague's historic Old Town that you want to be in then this apartment is for you. Walk out of the apartment door and you are in the Old Town Square with it's beautiful buildings, many shops and restaurants and of course the cafes that line the Square. Within a five minute walk you can reach Wenceslas Square in one direction, the Jewish Quarter in another and the River Vltava in another.
This one bedroom apartment is on the second floor in a building without a lift. It comprises of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
The living room is bright and spacious and has a large leather L shaped sofa, coffee tables and a sofa bed. There is also a large LCD TV and an electric fan in here. The room has many windows making it a very light room, and the Astronomical Clock can be seen from here.
Off the living room is the kitchen which has an oven with gas hob, microwave, refridgerator, coffemaker, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery you will need. There is also a kitchen table in this room.
The bedroom is spacious and has a Queen sized double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps and a chest of drawers.There is further hanging space in a large closet in the hallway. For extra guests there are two fold away beds provided.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower over, hand washbasin and a mirror. There is a separate toilet.
The balcony has a table and chairs here for you to sit and relax at the end of the day. You can also smoke on the balcony, but not in the rest of the apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non smoking apartment. However smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non refundable.
- Thereafter you must give at least 7 days notice prior to arrival to avoid a further charge to the value of the first nights rental cost.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date or are a no show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
