This beautiful building is located just 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square in an area known as Vinohrady. This area has plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and is one of the most fashionable parts of central Prague.
This spacious four bedroom duplex apartment is on the 5th and 6th floors (with lift) and is furnished with modern style and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The apartment consists of a living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a further shower room. It is very light and bright and has parquet floors throughout.
On the lower floor of the apartment is the living room. This is a very spacious room with sofas, comfortable chairs, coffee tables, lamps, a 42 inch plasma TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player, and a CD player. There is also a large dining table with seating for 10 people.
The fully equipped kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.
Also on this floor is one of the double bedrooms with a queen sized bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. There is also a toilet on this floor.
A gorgeous spiral staiway leads up to the second floor of this apartment and the remaining bedrooms and remaining bathroom.
The master bedroom has a queen sized double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps. It also benefits from a stunning marble tiled en suite bathroom with a full size bath with shower over, a toilet, twin hand basins and a heated towel rail. This lovely room also has a terrace which spans the width of the bedroom.
The third bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe. Access to the fourth bedroom is through the third bedroom and provides a further queen sized double bed. A fold away bed is provided for the ninth guest on request.
Leading from the large landing is an additional shower room with toilet on this floor.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- This is a non smoking apartment.
- During the period April to September a 3 night minimum stay will apply at the weekend (Fri-Sun)
- There is a 4 day minimum stay during the Easter period and a 5 night minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.
- The remaining balance of your rental will be automatically requested from your credit card, 4 weeks prior to arrival. If your booking is received within 4 weeks of arrival, the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.
- On arrival a EUR 150 credit card pre-authorisation will be required, per apartment booked. This security deposit will be released from your card no later than 7 days after your departure date.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter the following cancellation charges will apply.
- If you cancel within 15-28 days of your your arrival date you will receive a refund equivalent to 75% of the remaining balance
- If you cancel within 8-14 days of your arrival date you will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the total rental amount.
