This modern apartment is in a newly renovated building situated on the quiet, residential Bílkova Street which is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and within easy reach of Prague Castle.
This is the heart of Old Prague and the area is teeming with atmosphere and history. There are many restaurants and bars to enjoy and in the Old Town Square itself street cafe culture thrives and it is a fabulous place to sit and watch the world go by.
This lovely one bedroom apartment has a beautiful oak wood floor throughout and has been renovated with contemporary style and comfort. The apartment consists of an open plan living and kitchen area, a separate bedroom and an en suite bathroom.
The living area is light and bright thanks to a big window and has a large sofa bed, side tables and a dining table and chairs. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV with international cable channels. WiFi high speed internet is also available (cable connection also).
The kitchen is open plan to the living room and is sleek and modern. It has a glass ceramic hot plate, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery and cookware you will need.
The bedroom is separate and leads off from the living room. It has a king-size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe. It also benefits from it´s own balcony.
The bathroom is en suite to the bedroom and is a beautiful modern space. It is fully tiled with Italian tiles and has a shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, hand basin, large mirror, heated towel rail and a washing machine/tumble dryer. Complimentary toiletries are provided as well as a hair dryer.
The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing-board, and a coat stand.

Additional Booking Conditions:
Cancellation Policy.
- In the event of cancellation your intitial booking deposit is non refundable and non transferable. On top of this you will also be charged the equivalent of half the number of nights rental charge.
- Should you cancel on the day of your arrival or you are a No Show you will be charged the full balance of your stay.
Security Deposit.
- On arrival you will be required to pay a EUR 150 cash security deposit. This will be refunded to you on departure assuming there are no damages.
