This lovely two bedroom duplex apartment is located within walking distance of all Prague's major attractions such as Prague Castle, the Charles Bridge, The Old Town Square with its famous Astronomical Clock, or Wenceslas Square.
The apartment building (parts of it dating from the 14th Century) is close to many bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques, department stores and antique shops.
This private loft apartment is on the third floor and benefits from the exposed original 14th Century timber beams. On the first level is the living area, fully fitted kitchen, the twin bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor is the romantic double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The apartment has parquet floors throughout.
The living area has a sofa and comfortable chairs, a coffee tableand a TV with international satellite channels. There is also a dining table and chairs in this historic room.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, kettle, and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There is also a mini bar provided, as is complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cream.
On this lower level the bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom is tiled and has a shower, a hand basin, mirror, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer is provided.
On the upper level is the double bedroom with a king size bed, bedside tables and reading lamps. For a fifth guest a temporary bed is provided.This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, hand basin, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail.
There is a daily maid service with this apartment. The apartment building also has a dry cleaning and laundry service for guests.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the New Year period starting from 28th or 29th December
- For bookings of up to 4 nights the deposit is 15%. For bookings of 5 -10 nights an additional 15% deposit is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings of 11 nights or more individual conditions apply. As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
- Thereafter if your booking is for 4 nights or less and you cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival your initial booking deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival there is an additional cancellation charge equal to the first night's rental charge.
- If your booking is for 5 - 10 nights and cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival your initial booking deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival there is an additional cancellation charge equal to the first two night's rental charge.
