- Following your initial booking deposit, the outstanding balance will be requested by credit card 6 weeks prior to arrival for which a 3% surcharge will be apply. We are unable to accept either Amex or Diners. Alternatively if paying via electronic bank transfer, please add GBP 20 to amount to cover bank transfer charges. Cancellation Policy:
- In the event that you cancel your initial booking deposits will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter if you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to your arrival a further 50% of the total cost is payable.
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival the full balance will be payable.
- A baby cot is available on request and costs a further GBP 30 per week or part week.
