Additional Booking Conditions:
As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter for stays of 7 nights or less, you must provide notice of cancellation, at least 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival, to avoid a charge equivalent to the the first night's rental.
- For stays of between 8 and 14 nights you must provide at least 7 days notice, prior to the date of your arrival, to avoid a charge equivalent to 3 night's rental.
- For stays of between 15 and 30 nights you must provide at least 14 days notice, prior to the date of your arrival, to avoid a charge equivalent to 7 night's rental.
- For stays of more than 31 nights you must provide at least 30 days notice, prior to the date of your arrival, to avoid a charge, in total, equivalent to the cost of 14 night's accommodation.
- An extra person can stay in this apartment on a foldaway bed for an additional supplement of GBP 30.00 per night.
