These very modern three bedroom apartments are fully equipped and located to the East of the city. With easy access by public transport to all of Dublin's main attractions, if you are visiting for either business or pleasure they are the perfect choice for your stay.
The apartments are very bright and airy and are extremely comfortably furnished, providing a perfect base from which to explore the city. They consist of a spacious living & dining area, open-plan kitchen, three double bedrooms and two private bathrooms (one en-suite).
The living area has comfortable sofas, coffee table, reading lamps, dining table and chairs ,TV & CD player and direct dial telephone. High speed wireless internet and an extra bed for a third guest can also be provided for a small supplementary charge.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your personal use.
The bedrooms have two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom which can be made into a double bed on request, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe offering ample storage space.
The two bathrooms are modern and fully tiled with bath/shower, toilet, hand basin and towel rail. A hairdryer is also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
Further to your initial booking deposit you will also be required to pay a second deposit at the time of booking, equivalent to 50% of the outstanding amount. This deposit is paid directly to the apartment owner.
As with most hotels, on arrival you may be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover the balance plus any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
In the event that you need to cancel your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter, should you need to cancel you must provide written notification of cancellation, at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to ensure the refund of your second deposit.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date there will be a further charge equal to the total rental amount.
