This cosy 1st floor apartment really is a haven of tranquillity. Once inside the apartment you won't believe you are slap bang in the heart of Barcelona's wonderful Barri Gotic. The apartment is reached through a private, gated entrance, down a pretty patiod passageway located in a street running between the world famous La Rambla and the pedestrian shopping street, Portal De L'Angel. Once inside this bright apartment you will find peace and tranquillity as well as everything you might need for a self catering stay in this buzzing city. Step outside and you are surrounded by historic medieval streets packed with boutiques, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. Less than two minute's walk and you are on the bustling La Rambla, and three minutes away is the city hub - Placa De Catalunya. A perfect location.
The apartment has a light, freshly decorated living room with sofa, TV, DVD, Hi Fi and a breakfast bar dining area for four. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery as well as a full oven, four ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere.
The main bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has one single bed. There is an additional portable adult bed which can be used in the second bedroom or the living room.
The bathroom is clean and bright with a small bath and overhead shower and a hairdryer is provided.
The apartment has ADSL wireless internet connection.
A great value apartment in a perfect location.
Please note, as you may see from the photos, the windows look out onto a nearby wall, and so do not provide any views.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Guests will will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted in this apartment.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied.
