The lounge area has a sofa and a single sofa bed, TV with DVD and CD player. The standing balcony overlooks street full of restaurantes and cafes.
The kitchen area is simple - equiped with a four ring hob, full electric oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. We also provide crockery, pots, pans and cooking utencils etc.
There is a dining table for 3.
The bedroom is very attractive with a large iron bed, wardrobe and lamps.
The fully tiled bathroom has a w.c. and a large shower (no bath).
There is A/C and heating throughout the apartment.
This is ideal for guests looking to be right in the heart of the old town with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. A mixture of modern conveniences and rustic old town ambience makes this a perfect base for your Barcelona experience.
Please note, the apartment is located in an area famed for its great nightlife - ideal if this is your thing but not for those wanting an early night!
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
