Located in a newly refurbished traditional Barri Gotic building this attractive apartment is right in the heart of the centre, in the Plaza Real (Royal) right next to the world famous La Rambla.
Newly refurbished with contemporary features, but retaining many of the original features you get a real feel of historic Barcelona. The apartment is simple yet stylish and comfortable.
The lounge area has a large double sofa bed, TV with DVD and CD player. The standing balcony overlooks street full of restaurantes and cafes.
The kitchen area is simple - equiped with a four ring hob, full electric oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. We also provide crockery, pots, pans and cooking utencils etc.
There is a dining table for 3.
The bedroom is very attractive with a large iron bed, wardrobe and lamps.
The fully tiled bathroom has a w.c. and a large shower (no bath).
There is A/C and heating throughout the apartment.
This is ideal for guests looking to be right in the heart of the old town with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. A mixture of modern conveniences and rustic old town ambience makes this a perfect base for your Barcelona experience.
Please note, the apartment is located in an area famed for its great nightlife - ideal if this is your thing but not for those wanting an early night!
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
