The lounge area has a large sofa, funky designer chair, coffee table, and TV with DVD and CD player. The standing balcony overlooks the pedestrian street full of boutiques and cafes with views to Cathedral square. At the end of this street is the wonderful Cafe Bilboa which serves some of Barcelona's finest Pinxos (similar to Tapas).
The stunning kitchen is a statement of urban chic with its immaculate stainless steel lines and state of the art appliances. Fully equipped with a ceramic hob, full over, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It is also fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc.

The main bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment well away from the bustle of the street. There is a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is next to the main bedroom seperated by a sliding door. This bedroom is not completely closed off - although tucked round the corner it is open to the hallway.
The "wet room" style bathroom is accessed from the main bedroom. It contains a w.c. and a large shower (no bath) with smart chrome fittings.
There is A/C and heating throughout the apartment.
This is ideal for guests looking to be right in the heart of the old town with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. A mixture of modern chic and old town ambience makes this a perfect base for your Barcelona experience.
Please note that this apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift

- For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
