The large open space contains living, dining, and kitchen areas, and separated by a partition, the sleeping space.
The lounge area has a large double sofa bed, coffee table, TV and DVD player (that also plays your CD's). The standing balcony overlooks the Passeig de Borne, the Cathedral, and the street down to the Picasso museum.
The kitchen is clean and modern in silver with a 2 ring hob, a microwave oven (but no regular oven), fridge, kettle and toaster, and fully equipped with pots and pans etc.

Separated by a screen is the bedroom area, with 2 single beds and a 3rd fold out single bed.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath). It even has it's own balcony!
There is A/C and heating throughout the apartment.
This is ideal for a small group that wants a stylish open apartment in the trendiest, prettiest part of town.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
