Located just above the top of Passeig de Gracia where it meets Diagonal, a 20 minute walk to La Rambla (or 5 minute metro ride). A short walk to the chic clothes shops, restaurants and bars along Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal, and the Gaudi masterpieces La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Gracia is a beautiful residential area of meandering streets, containing the unique Gaudi Park "Parc Guell".
A newly refurbished apartment, designed simply but smartly, it is clean and modern, decorated through-out with paintings by Adolf Llovera.
On entering the apartment there is a hallway with table and chair. The spacious bright lounge area is equipped with TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player. There is a sofa beds and several large plastic easy chairs. Dining is in an ante room off the lounge.
The first bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside tables and lamps between them.
The 2nd bedroom also has 2 singles, but pushed together, and a standing balcony onto the street below.
The 3rd small bedroom has a double with bedside tables and lamps.
Extra storage is available in the landing area next to the bedrooms.
The kitchen is small, equipped with a microwave oven, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath). There is a built-in hair-dryer.
There is A/C and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a communal washing machine and dryer along with a communal sunny terrace with plenty of dining furniture and sun-loungers.
This apartment is ideal for large groups that want a smart base to explore the bars and restaurants, as well as the tourist attractions of Barcelona.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
