On entering the apartment there is a hallway with seating for 2. The beautiful flooring extends through to the spacious bright lounge area. This is equipped with TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player. There is a large sofa bed and several large plastic easy chairs. Dining in the bright bay window can accommodate 8 around the table. There is also an extra single sofa bed.
Just off the lounge is the small first bedroom. This has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps and ample storage.
The 2nd bedroom is large with a standing balcony to the street below. It has 2 singles pushed together and a sofa-bed to accommodate an extra guest. There is lots of storage space, and bedside tables and lamps.
The kitchen is small, equipped with a microwave oven and 2 ring hob, kettle and toaster.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath). There is a built-in hair-dryer.
There is A/C and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a communal washing machine and dryer along with a communal sunny terrace with sun-loungers and plenty of chairs and tables for dining.
This apartment is ideal for large groups that want a smart base to explore the bars and restaurants, as well as the tourist attractions of Barcelona.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
