This lovely duplex studio apartment, with fully fitted kitchen and private shower facilities, is located in a charming building which has been lovingly restored, on one of the citys most well known canals, the Prinsengracht.

This canal side accommodation, is close to all the City's major tourist attractions including The Ann Frank House, Rijks and Van Gogh Museums and the beautiful Vondelpark. You will also be only a mere stroll from the famous Leidseplein Square, with it's wide range of restaurants, bars, clubs and cinemas.

This private apartment is furnished and equipped to a very good standard and provides a combined living / dining and sleeping area with a large fully fitted kitchen, further dining area and a private shower room and separate toilet.

The living area features a range of comfortable seating, coffee table and standard lamps. Adjacent is the sleeping area providing a queen size double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps and a natural wood wall cabinet housing the TV with cable package, DVD player, VCR and stereo system. Access to high speed wireless internet can be provided on request at no extra charge. Next to the sleeping area is a dining area providing a round dining table and 4 chairs.

On the floor below is the lovely, modern kitchen, fully fitted with electric hob and stainless steel extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher, coffeemaker and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. The kitchen also features an additional dining table and 4 chairs.

The bathroom facilities, on the same floor, are complete with shower cubicle, sink unit, towel rail and a separate toilet.

An additional temporary bed can be provided for a third guest for a supplementary nightly charge.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• There is a minimum stay of 4 nights for Christmas, New Year, Easter, Queen's Day and Amsterdam Pride Weekend (3rd - 5th August). A 7 night minimum stay will apply for the IBC conference period 7th-11th September.
  
  
• As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros.
  
  
• In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
  
  
• Thereafter, if your stay is 7 nights or longer, you must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice to avoid an additional charge equivalent to 3 night's rental.
  
  
• If your stay is less than 7 nights you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid an additional charge equivalent to 1 night's rental.
