This studio apartment is located in the center of Amsterdam between the Centraal Station and Dam Square.
The living area has polished wood floors and has a sofa and leather chair, TV with DVD player and CD player. The dining area has a table with four chairs. Wireless internet access can be arranged on request.
The fitted kitchen offers a gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, kettle, coffeemaker and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom area is reached by a set of ladder steps leading from the dining area to a mezzanine where the double bed is situated.
The shower room provides a shower, toilet, hand-basin, mirror and towel rail.
There is also access to a shared roof top terrace with seating, an ideal place to sit and relax!
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum rate will apply during Easter and Queen´s Day. A 5 night rate will apply during the Christmas, New Year period, and a 7 night rate will apply during the September annual IBC conference.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros on arrival. There will also be a EUR 100.00 security deposit to be paid on arrival. This is refundable assuming there are no breakages or damage to the apartment.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 7 days notice to avoid cancellation charges equal to the first night's rental charge.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Our greeter, Ian, was very nice and made arrangements to meet us upon an early arrival. The location of the apartment, inside a retail area and right next to the pub and nightlife area, was great. This allowed for a little peace in the evening at your apartment while only having to walk one block in order to enjoy all the exitement that Amsterdam has to offer! Would recommend Heineken Experience, Van Gogh museum, Great Dim Sum right around the corner, 420 coffee shop also right around the corner, red light district "Old Sailor" pub very interesting place to sit and watch the red light district open up, also all the indonesian food was fantastic."
