This spacious apartment is arranged over three floors (1st to 3rd) of an extremely well located monument style house on the side of the Keizergracht canal. Within a few minutes walk you are in Museum Square, Leidseplein and Dam Square, and in less than 10 minutes by taxi or tram you can be at Centraal Station.
Offering beautiful views over the canal you can soon be sampling the culinary delights from a wide variety of local restaurants and delicatessens. The Keizersgracht connects the Amstel, in line with the famous wooden drawbridge 'Magere Brug' or Thin Bridge.
This apartment, in keeping with traditional Amsterdam canal side houses, has steep staircases and offers 3 bedrooms, a spacious living & dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and separate toilet.
On the first floor is the living room & kitchen diner providing a large corner sofa, TV & CD Player, dining table with seating for 8 persons and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
The kitchen features a six-ring gas range, separate oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
On the floor above are two bedrooms featuring double beds, bedside tables and easy chairs with foot stools.
The third floor is accessed using a short steep stairway which opens on to a loft room occupying the length of the roof space. Here there are a further four single beds with bedside tables and lamps and an additional sofa and easy chair.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- During the Christmas and New Year period, a 7 night minimum stay will apply. Over Easter and Queen´s Day, a 6 night minimum stay will apply.
- For the IBC conference an 8 night minimum stay will apply, and for stays between 25th May - 6 June, a 5 night minimum stay will apply.
Between 15th March - 15th September a 4 night minimum stay will apply at the weekends. (Thur-Sun)
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover the balance plus any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
- In addition to your initial booking deposit you will be required to pay a further deposit at the time of booking, depending on your length of stay. This will be calculated once your request has been received and upon confirmation of availability.
- For a stay between two and five nights there will be a further deposit required equivalent to one and half night's rental, based on the oustanding amount..
- For stays of longer than five nights there will be a further deposit required of 35% of the outstanding amount.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your booking deposits will be non-refundable.
In order to avoid further cancellation charges you must notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date then there will be further cancellation charges of the full balance.
