This lovely houseboat is situated on the Amstel, close to the lively and bustling, Rembrandtplein.

Within a few minutes walk you are across the canal into the Central District where you have access to all the city's main attractions and entertainment.

This traditional 'Ark' houseboat has wooden flooring throughout, is furnished to an extremely high standard and features all the facilities and conveniences you would expect in a normal apartment.

The spacious living area features stylish in-built sofabed units (Sleeps 2 Adults), side tables reading lamps, gas burning stove, cable TV and stereo system.

The dining area offers a 4 seater table and chairs and provides wonderful views onto one of the prettiest stretches of the Amstel canal.

The fully fitted kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, security safe and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.

The bedroom offers a double bed with ample built in stoarge space, reading lamps, full length mirror and wonderful canal views to wake up to!

The bathroom features a bath and shower, toilet, hand basin and towel rail. A washing machine is located in the bathroom.

Below the main deck accessed throughout a hatchway in the living room is a children's snug, complete with table and chairs and large cushions.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• During the Christmas and New Year period, a 7 night minimum stay will apply. Over Easter and Queen´s Day, a 6 night minimum stay will apply.
  
  
• For the IBC conference an 8 night minimum stay will apply, and for stays between 25th May - 6 June, a 5 night minimum stay will apply.
  
  
• Between 15th March - 15th September a 4 night minimum stay will apply at the weekends. (Thur-Sun)
  
  
• As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover the balance plus any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
  
  
• In addition to your initial booking deposit you will be required to pay a further deposit at the time of booking, depending on your length of stay. This will be calculated once your request has been received and upon confirmation of availability.
  
  
• For a stay between two and five nights there will be a further deposit required equivalent to one and half night's rental, based on the oustanding amount..
  
  
• For stays of longer than five nights there will be a further deposit required of 35% of the outstanding amount.
  
  
• In the event that you need to cancel, your booking deposits will be non-refundable.
  
  In order to avoid further cancellation charges you must notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
  
  If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date then there will be further cancellation charges of the full balance.
