Additional Booking Conditions:

• There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter and Queen's Day periods. During the IBC Conference period the minimum stay will be 5 nights.

• A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply for all arrivals after 8.00pm
  
  
• Please note that this apartment building does not accept groups of more than 6 persons.
  
  
• In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
  
  
• Should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 72 hours notice in writing to avoid cancellation charges.
  
  
• If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.
