This one bedroom apartment is on the third floor and is well furnished and consists of open plan living / dining room, a double bedroom and a private shower room.
The spacious and bright living area provides a single sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and four chairs and a TV with inbuilt DVD player.
The kitchen is fitted with fridge, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The shower room is clean and bright and features toilet, shower, handbasin and towel rail.
The apartment will be cleaned thorougly before you arrive with sufficient towels and bed linen provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter and Queen's Day periods. During the IBC Conference period the minimum stay will be 5 nights.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance and provide a cash security deposit of EUR 50.
- A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply for all arrivals after 8.00pm
- Please note that this apartment building does not accept groups of more than 6 persons.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 72 hours notice in writing to avoid cancellation charges.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.
