This two bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Amsterdam just 3 minutes walk from Centraal Station, minutes away from Dam Square.

It has been recently refurbished and offers a bright and spacious base in the heart of Amsterdam. You will be well provided for in terms of in-house entertainment, with numerous DVD players, and a Playstation 2.

The apartment is located on the second and third and floors and is accessed by very typical, very steep stairs an as such it may not be suitable for young children or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

On the second floor is the living room, a kitchen diner and a bathroom. On the third floor are the two bedrooms.

The living room is a lovely bright room with plenty of light from its large windows. There are two double sofa beds, a coffee table, wide screen TV, DVD player with 90 movies, a Playstation 2 and games. There is also Wireless internet provided.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven and hob, combi microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay. There is also a large kitchen table and eight chairs.

The bedrooms are on the next level. Each bedroom has two single beds, a double sofa bed, a hanging rack for clothes, a coffee table, a TV with DVD player, a mini Hi Fi, a safety deposit box and an alarm clock.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a hand basin, a W.C, a hairdryer and some complimentary toiletries are provided.

Please note that stag or hen groups are not permitted to stay in this apartment.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 100 in cash. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages , loss of keys or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
  
  
• The following minimum stay periods apply... Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun - 3 nights, New Year - minimum 5 nights, Valentines Day 13.02-15.02, St. Patricks Day 13.03-17.03 4 nights minimum stay, Easter 4 nights minimum stay, Queens Day (30.04) 4 nights minimum stay, Pinksteren 9.05-12.05 4 nights minimum stay, IBC 11.09-16.09 5 nights minimum stay, Cannabis Cup 23.11-27.11 5 nights minimum stay.
  
  
• In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
  
  
• Thereafter should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 7 days notice in writing to avoid additional cancellation charges.
  
  
• If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.
