This lovely four storey historic Dutch townhouse house retains many of it's original features. The building close to Dam Square has recently been completely renovated, maintaining the old characteristics which give this house its authentic Amsterdam style.
This apartment's location is within easy walking distance of all of Amsterdam's major attractions and just minutes walk from Centraal Station and Dam Square.
The four floor townhouse consists of a kitchen on the ground floor, living room on the first floor and two separate double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third and fourth floors.
The entrance on the ground floor leads to the kitchen which is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffemaker, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There is also a large kitchen table and chairs and a dresser.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where there is the living room offering a sofabed, comfortable chairs, work desk , reading lamps, TV, DVD, CD player and complimentary wireless internet.
On each of the next two floors both double bedrooms have their own private bathroom with toilet, shower, handbasin and towel rail.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply for Easter and Queen´s Day and a 5 night minimum stay across Christmas and New Year. A 7 night stay will apply during the annual IBC conference.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the booking charge in full.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter, if you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours of your arrival date you will be charged a further 50% of the total amount of your stay.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or you are a no show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
- A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply for all check-ins post 20.00.
