This beautiful two bedroom houseboat has been recently renovated and is located just outside of the city centre, providing peace, quiet and fantastic views. This area comes alive during the day with it's many cafe´s and the buzz of everyday life on the River.

The local area has The Waterloosquare, Rembrandtsquare and the longest market in the Netherlands, the Albert Cuyp within just a 10 minute walk. Amsterdam centre is easy to reach within 10 minutes by bicycle or tram.

The boat is spacious and has a large living room with open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace. Each window offers fantastic views of the water.

The living area has a double sofa bed, chair, coffee tables, a TV with cable channels, a DVD player and a CD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and has microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils tableware you will need for your stay.

The main bedroom has a queen size double bed and a wardrobe offering ample storage space and an extra television.

The second bedroom is smaller with a single bed and a wardrobe.

There is a bathroom featuring toilet, sink and bath with shower over. There are also heated towel racks, hairdryer, and toiletries. There is also a washing machine/dryer.

The terrace is a wonderful space (8.5 x 5m) with beautiful plants and is a truly relaxing place to sit and watch life on the river pass by.

A fixed phone line is available for your use at a charge of EUR 5 for unlimited national calls, international calls are charged extra. ADSL is also provided.

Bicycles are available to rent from the houseboat manager. The prices are as follows and are per bike:
Price per day 12.50 euros
3 days = 35 euros
4 days = 40 euros
5 days = 45 euros
6 days = 50 euros
7 days = 55 euros.

• If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 1 night charge.
  
  
• If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days prior to arrival a further 2 nights charge applies.
  
  
• If you cancel within 7 days or are a no show the full balance is charged.
  
  
• For bookings of 7 nights or more...
  
  
• If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 2 night charge.
  
  
• If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days prior to arrival a further 4 nights charge applies.
