This beautiful apartment is part of a church conversion and is located in the middle of the Red Light District Area, minutes away from both Central Station and Dam Square. This is the perfect all year round location for experiencing everything that the city has to offer.

The apartment is arranged over three floors with the kitchen/dining area and separate toilet on the ground floor, a living room and shower room on the first floor, and magnificent attic room with a double bed and wooden floors on the second floor. A security intercom is located on the ground and first floors

The kitchen is fully equipped with grill, oven, microwave, hotplate toaster, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee machine, and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.

The dining area has a pine table and seating for six persons, a leather sofa and mini Hi-Fi, CD & MP3 player.

The extremely light and airy first floor room is equipped with a leather armchair, coffee table and side table, study desk with two chairs and two double sofabeds. For your entertainment there is cable TV, a mini Hi-Fi, DVD, Divx player, VCR, MP3 player and Playstation 2 (a selection of DVD's and games are also provided). Please note that this room overlooks the street on which are typical "Red Light Windows". As such we would suggest that this apartment is not suitable for children or those of a sensitive nature.

The attic room on the second floor offers a double bed with bedside table, reading lamp, alarm clock and also a TV, CD, DVD, MP3 & Divx player. There is also a built-in wardrobe offering ample storage space.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the attic bedroom.

The shower room on the first floor features a shower, handbasin and toilet. The apartment is equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board and all bed linen and towels are provided.

A pre-pay mobile phone can be provided on request for a EUR 50 deposit and a charge of EUR 10 per day.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 100 in cash. This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages , loss of keys or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
  
  
• The following minimum stay periods apply... Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun - 3 nights, New Year - minimum 5 nights, Valentines Day 13.02-15.02, St. Patricks Day 13.03-17.03 4 nights minimum stay, Easter 4 nights minimum stay, Queens Day (30.04) 4 nights minimum stay, Pinksteren 9.05-12.05 4 nights minimum stay, IBC 11.09-16.09 5 nights minimum stay, Cannabis Cup 23.11-27.11 5 nights minimum stay.
  
  
• In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
  
  
• Thereafter should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 7 days notice in writing to avoid additional cancellation charges.
  
  
• If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.
