This beautiful three bedroom apartment is situated on the Prinsengracht Canal in a wonderful location just 5 minutes from Anne Frank house in the Jordaan and a 10 minute walk to the Van Gogh Museum and the Vondel Park. Even closer by is the Leidseplein. You will be in the very heart of this historic city exploring it's small streets offering a diverse variety of restaurants, boutiques, antiques and speciality stores.
The Jordaan is well known for it's tiny backstreets laced with twisting canals, fresh produce markets and old fashioned cafés and bars capturing the spirit of Amsterdam like nowhere else.
The apartment is extremely well furnished and is located on the third and fourth floors. On the third floor there is a modern and airy open-plan kitchen, living and dining room providing a dining room table and chairs, a range of comfortable seating and an entertainment system complete with TV, CD & DVD player. High speed internet access is also available. Also on this floor is a separate W.C.
The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and all the cutlery, utensils tableware you will need for your stay. There is a large dining table and eight chairs.
The living area is light and bright with plenty of windows overlooking the Prinsengracht Canal. It has French doors which open onto a lovely little balcony. There is a large L shaped sofa and comfortable chairs, coffee tables and a flat screen TV.
On the fourth floor are the three bedrooms and the bathroom.
The main bedroom has a king sized double bed, the second bedroom has a queen size double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.
There is a luxury full bathroom featuring toilet, sink, shower and bath. There are also towel rails, a hairdryer and an ironing and ironing board provided for your convenience.
From the fourth floor you can reach the gorgeous roof terrace where you can see the famous Westerkerk and at night the beautifully lit canals are a delight to see.
A pre paid mobile phone is available for your personal use and wireless internet access is provided. A laundrey service is also provided on request.
Additional Booking Conditions:
As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 50 in cash.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- In addition, if you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 25% of the total rental cost.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a further 40% of the total rental cost.
- If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Christmas, Easter and Queen´s Day. A 5 night stay will apply during the New Year period, and a 7 night stay will apply during the September annual IBC conference.

"I couldn't find where to add comments on the website so i said id drop you a mail. We had a fantastic time in the Jordaan Canal side apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures and was actually a bit bigger than we had expected. Its in a lovely area just off Leidelsplien and right beside a tram stop. Although its only listed as having one bathroom there is a small toilet, we were worried with a large group an one loo we'd have problems. The greeter Martin was a great help gave us directions to places etc. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants something a little more up market for their stay in Amsterdam. I've been a few times before and always stayed in hotels but we found the freedom of the apartment great. No one telling us what time we had to have breakfast!!! Steep stairs up to it but this is everywhere in Amsterdam. The beds are so comfy and the pillows are lovley too so its great if your like me and love your comfort :) You can get the number 1 or 2 tram right outside the door and its dirt cheap. Will definitely go back again "
